What Happened to Bret Michaels?


Bret Michaels, the lead singer of the metal band, Poison, suffered a serious subarachnoid hemorrhage last Friday and was brought to an undisclosed hospital. Subarachnoid hemorrhage is also known as bleeding at the base of the brain stem. The cause of the bleeding is yet to be figured out by the doctors.
So for all the people who are asking, “What happened to Bret Michaels?”, and to all the fans around the world, here is an update on Bret Michael’s current condition. Yesterday, the singer and Celebrity Apprentice contestant was reported to be in critical condition although he was conscious. Michael’s publicist gave a statement saying, “Bret is a fighter and we are hopeful that once all is complete, the slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness, etc., will be eliminated and all functions will return to normal,”.
Michaels is 47 years old and was born in Butler Pennsylvania. This talented band vocalist has also sold several solo albums and a chart single. Michaels was also a part of the VH1 reality TV show Rock of Love with Bret Michaels. He was also a judge in Nashville Star, a talent show. Just this year, Michaels released  his new single entitled “Nothing to Lose” which guested the young pop singer Miley Cyrus.
