Sculpture Turns Urinals Into Art

San Francisco, CA -- It's probably not what you expect when you walk into a restroom, but that's the point.

Sculptor Clark Sorensen was working in porcelain when he thought he'd try his hand at urinals.

"It started kind of as a joke," Sorensen laughed.

His work ranges from orchids, to lilies, to morning glories, and maybe a political statement or two.

Most of his work is sold on the international market

"The US might be a little uptight compared to Europe. I think you have to have a good sense of humor. I don't know why. That's my theory."

His works of art can cost between around $7,000.
